As transplants from downstate, our joy in living in the Adirondack area quickly grew and took root. The transition from walking treeless sidewalks to hiking and skiing mountain trails and kayaking on beautiful lakes happened quickly as we embraced the year-round outdoor activities in the Adirondacks.
Our weekend desire to
“get outside and do something” evolved into a new mantra:
“Do the Dacks™”.
From that saying the idea
